Property Manager

An experienced Property Manager is required by a leading well known estate agency in their Gosforth branch. This busy and fast paced branch covers a broad range of properties around the area.

Duties will include all aspects of property management such as:

• Inventories
• Check in and checking out
• Signing and dealing with contracts and tenancy agreements
• Allocation of rents
• Dealing with contractors
• Ensuring that works and repairs are carried out in timeframe and budget
• Dealing with tenant and landlord queries, issues and problems
• Ensuring that rents are in on time and paid to the relevant landlord
• Up selling of fully managed services
• Assisting with tenant find services

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the property industry whether in property management or sales and lettings and will be able to work in a busy office in a fast paced role where the ability to multitask is required.

You will be customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and feel confident when dealing with matters face to face, on the phone and via email.

Salary offered is £26,000per year starting salary. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Immediate start is available. Driving licence is required.
