The office has a wide and exciting range of properties under management and it is the ideal time to join an exciting and engaging national company with some great plans and opportunities in the near future.
The role involves liaising between landlords and tenants over new and ongoing maintenance, negotiating renewals and conducting regular property visits.
The role would suit someone with property management experience, however this is not essential, but the successful applicant must have excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience:
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
