Salary: £34,800 – £39,600 per year
We are currently recruiting for an exciting (AST) Property Manager position based in Marylebone, Central London with a boutique high-end estate agency. A driving license is NOT required for this position as most properties in the portfolio are within walking distance of their Central London offices.

Property Manager – Responsibilities:
Managing an AST portfolio of 132 properties in prime Central London, the individual for this role needs to be exceptionally well-organised, able to use their own initiative in addition to being a strong team player with a friendly approach.
Property Manager – Duties Include:
* Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with general queries
* Organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
* Organising major refurbishments
* Appointing, vetting and monitoring of contractors
* Organising compliance checks
* Invoice authorisation
* Deal with insurance on behalf of the landlord, who are based overseas
* Carrying out regular property inspections and writing reports of outcomes and letters to landlords and tenants
* Updating of specified areas of the property management database
* Organise move-outs and arrange check-outs accordingly
* Reviewing check-out reports, assessing deductions and providing advice to Landlord’s
* Once deposits are finalised, end Tenancies on portal and de-register online
* Providing guidance/applying for HMO licences on behalf of landlords
Property Manager – Required Skill & Experience:
* 1-2+ years of experience managing an AST property portfolio.
* Good understanding of London’s residential property market.
* High IT literacy.
* Experience with Alto software is an advantage but not essential
