Property Client Co-Ordinator – 12 Month FTC
Location: Commutable from Stevenage, Welwyn Garden Centre, Luton, Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead and Harpenden
Salary: £26,000per year+ Benefits
Type: Permanent
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The property client co-ordinator will be required to liase with the new property development team to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided at all times to both existing and potential new clients.
The property client co-ordinator will be required to assist in the preparation of lease documentation as well as calculating insurance premiums. They will also be required to prepare sales literature and documentation for potential new clients.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have;
* Experience of working within the residential property market.
* Excellent customer services skills.
* Excellent administration skills.
