Property Customer Experience Executive – Trade and Property Maintenance, Account Manager – LONDON
PROP-TECH Start up – looking for a hands on problem solver with incredible customer support and account management skills!
Stunning opportunity for someone with 2 years+ property maintenance/lettings exec experience in London! Negotiable salary – Fast paced – Self-starter!

THE ROLE & PERSON & BENEFITS & CAREER & GROWTH:
Pure layman’s terms:
* Manage the whole customer experience – 2 side of the client coin.
* Upload job requests / workorders from B2Bs into client booking engine – 25% of time.
* Answer customer calls / questions regarding quotes or upcoming work (will need property maintenance experience for this) – 25% of time.
* Act as main point of contact for trades who are ‘work in progress’ and need support e.g. with advice on materials purchase – 15% of time.
* Compile trade reports (from info provided by trade) and send to customer – 25%
* Support Head of Ops with invoicing – 10%
* The role is office based but Monday and Wednesdays ONLY at the moment. This might go to 3 days a week in November if no change to COVID status and ultimately 5 days a week under normal conditions
