Project Workers Needed – Support Housing – Thames Valley

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the criminal justice system.

We are currently looking for experienced project workers for various locations in Thames Valley, covering a shift rota with hours between 7.30am -10pm and 10pm – 8am for the night shift in the Christmas period.

As a project worker you will be working with service users with complex needs, mainly from an offending background or substance misuse background.

Your Duties will include:

Carry out initial assessment of the potential or actual service user, including any risks, or his / her needs and requirements in respect of the service on offer
Identify and maintain focus on achievement of the desired outcome for the service user from the service being delivered
Liaise with multiple agencies to make sure the service user achieves a positive outcome
A current DBS is required for this role
