Support Workers (Full)

Salary Details: £26,000per year (pro rata for Part Time)

Full Time (38 hours per week) and Part Time (various opportunities available) – Days and Waking Nights and Casual/Bank/Relief

We are looking for caring, creative and enthusiastic people to join the passionate and dedicated MacIntyre team within our Oxfordshire services supporting adults with a wide range of learning disabilities. Our locations in Oxfordshire include Oxford, Abingdon, Witney, Banbury, Charlbury and Didcot.

Support Workers play a key role in developing the independence of the people support through the provision of person centred support, which includes providing emotional and physical support, personal care and engaging fully in the activities, hobbies / interests of the people we support.

At MacIntyre we believe that a good Support Worker possesses the right behaviours and attitude. No experience or qualifications are necessary. MacIntyre provides an exceptional induction and ongoing training, supporting your continuous professional development.

You will demonstrate a flexible approach, working shifts on a rota to include weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

It is preferred that you hold a full manual driving licence, which allows you to drive in the UK.
