Project Manager Residential

Salary: £456 – £480 per day

A leading residential developer is actively seeking a project manager to join their team. This is a major development based in North London.
This is a scheme is already underway but requires a project manager to come in and oversee 100 units in 2 RC frame blocks.
The project manager role duties include;
* Reporting into the senior project manager
* Overseeing all packages
* Management of subcontractors & staff
* Have a senior site manager reporting directly into you, and also managing a team of site managers & assistants
* Ensuring H&S is followed
* Driving the scheme on
* Chairing weekly & monthly update meetings
* Delivering quality units
This is a fantastic position for a Project Manager to come in and progress within one of the UK’s top developers.
To be considered for the role you must have a driven attitude, previous experience managing a project from ground to completion. You must have experience in design and be commercially astute.
