Salary: £480 – £481.2 per day
We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to work for a dynamic residential developer on an exciting project.
This role would be ideal for someone with a technical or construction delivery background covering all aspects of expediting fire related legacy works from investigation, validation and execution.
All works will be carried out by a third party sub contractor acting on behalf of the developer as a principle contractor and the Technical Project Manager will be required to work with specialist fire experts, legal representatives, consultants, DLUHC and clients to timely conclude the works and ensure compliant handover.
This is a high profile role with exposure at main board director level and as such the ideal person will have the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
This position will be 1-2 years work at which point the Technical Project Manager will be given the opportunity to integrate into a delivery role within the main team working on new build residential developments.
