Project Manager – IT and Business Change

Project Manager / IT Change Manager / Guildford / up to £60,000 plus car and benefits

A leading brand in specialised retail and ecommerce. Enjoying unprecedented success over the last few years, building on a solid 60yrs of growth since inception. Currently 200 sites across 13 countries, with a £4bn turnover.

A very experience management team is taking the company to new heights with plans to venture further into Europe, growth of a financial services arm, and expansion of the digital channel to create a truly multi-channel business.

The business strategy is relying on significant investment in IT with the requirement for standardised and integrated systems with customers, an improved multi-channel platform, and generally supporting international growth.

To this end, we are looking to boost the ever expanding team of Project Managers, to manage multiple projects such as integrating customer systems, managing system changes internally and customer related, large scale digital expansion projects.

This is an opportunity for an experienced IT / Change Project Manager to have a real hands-on contribution to business growth, in a very dynamic and entrepreneurial business.

We are looking for

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to matrix manage, in a complex business

Project management – software, infrastructure and change projects

Prince2 and / or MSP

Good commercial awareness

Wide knowledge of business systems

Agile experience

Ideally you will have worked within retail, ecommerce, logistics or similar high transaction businesses.

Commutable with Surrey, from Guildford, Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury, Crawley, SW London, Leatherhead, Bracknell
