Project Manager / Cloud Architect

Cloud First Enablement (CFE) Planning & Project Manager for Architectural & Design Work

My client urgently requires Project Manager/Cloud Architect to conduct the following activities;

* Manage the CFE project plan
* Monitor and track progress of tasks and alert if delivery dates are likely to be jeopardised
* Continuously work back from major milestones to assess whether all the right work packages are defined and being managed
* Support progress and status reporting
* Work closely with the Service Transformation planner to manage programme interdependencies
* Create and maintain a virtual Architectural SoW defining the work packages to be performed and led by the programme’s architecture team
* Ensure that architecture work packages are planned to deliver the required outputs, on time, as inputs to development cycles within CFE or other dependent projects and subsequent major milestones.
* Drive the execution of the architectural work packages so that:

* programme team members are clear on the work packages required for specific delivery milestones (e.g. Internet Facing, A-D workloads)
* when key design decisions are required
* which resources are required
* lack of progress that jeopardises on time delivery is identified and managed
* Contribute to required status reporting, issues and risk logs
* Support the Technical Council with inputs where needed to agree architecture
* Manage the Architecture Common Process including governance tasks, maintaining the APT (Architecture Project Tracker), KDD log, working to drive decisions to conclusion
