Your new company
Working for a luxury contractor specialising in high quality residential one off developments up to approximately £4m including major extension and refurbishment works, spa facilities, etc. Interior and exterior architectural re-modelling contracts. Including Heritage, Conservation and Grade 2 listed properties of historic interest and beauty.

Your new role
Your role as a Project Manager will incorporate primarily the ability to deliver outstanding projects to the clients exacting specifications. You will manage the client interface along with site based operations and have control of the financial aspect of each project (supported by a site allocated QS).

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need the ability to manage customer relationships and expectations and to work with clients to overcome challenges and achieve their vision. You will be a strong leader and have excellent financial awareness.
