Pay up to £300 per day + Accommodation Provided by Client if required.

One of our West Midlands based clients is currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager. Our client has an annual turnover of around £25m and have an excellent reputation within the industry, working on contracts with values from £50k to £2m in the high street retail and commercial sectors.

They currently need a Project Manager to oversee the front end elements on various High Street and Airport (Duty Free) Refurbishment / fit out projects; the Project Manager will be based on site with a Site Manager who will be pushing and driving the project. These projects are across various locations, so travel will be required.

They require an experienced Project Manager who will have interior fit out / refurbishment background within the High Street Retail and Airport Retail sectors, you will be managing all front end elements of the project.

Manager will be responsible for all on site production from site set up, sub-contract weekly / monthly meetings, managing programmes, working closely with the client etc.

You will be required to be a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role, whilst being able to driving the subcontractors and be responsible for Health and Safety, Quality and programme. This person must be cable of managing all aspects of the production works (be standalone), be dynamic and eager to drive projects forward.

Project Manager Requirements:

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
Asbestos awareness and Fire warden are not essential but would be ideal.
Project Managers must be able to deal with all front end elements
Experience in High Street Retail and Airport Retail is essential for this rolePlease apply with an up to date CV
