Full job description
Red Sky Recruitment
Salary: £54,000 – £84,000 per year
Digital Project Manager, Web, Mobile, Video, eCommerce
London – £45,000 – £70,000
Our client is a well-established global company with several offices in the US and Eastern Europe and have recently opened a new office in London to act as their European hub. This is without doubt a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a solid and renowned media company but within a ‘new start’ type environment and help grow this business rapidly.
They have an impressive client list of some of the best names in the global sports market and are rapidly growing. They provide end to end solutions (not just a website) that will often involve web and mobile solutions, lots of real-time data and data feeds, live video (OTT) or Video On Demand, Forums or eCommerce elements. Projects can be 3-12 months in duration….
If successful, you will be based in an energetic part of central London in a rather modern and funky office.
You will be leading teams of designers, engineers, and architects to deliver custom solutions for their clients who, as mentioned, are brand name leaders in the sports, media and entertainment industries.
You will need to thrive on the ‘start-up’ environment (but without the risk of a true start-up) and be eager to take on new responsibilities within the business and bring new ideas to the table.
To be successful you must be able to guide both the client and the internal team to ensure that the tone of the engagement and the delivery is on track. You must think quickly under pressure, motivate your teams and own the timely and accurate delivery of engagements. The ability to read between the lines, anticipate issues, and communicate consistently and accurately across various project channels are key requirements.
