Project Engineer – M & E / HVAC / Building Services background.
West Midlands (M42 / M6 triangle)
Circa £45k plus car (or allowance) plus profit bonus.
My client has a century of experience in the building services sector providing solutions for a range of commercial clients in the West Midlands and beyond.
Due to continued growth, they now require a Project Engineer from the M and E sector who is comfortable dealing with a range of clients; does this sound like you and are you looking for a secure, yet rewarding progression in this field?
The company is looking for a proactive Project Engineer to be responsible for all building services involved in projects. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. In addition, we are looking for someone who is commercially aware to control cost budgets and deliver the project on time and in budget.
The company are looking for someone to become a key member of the project team, overseeing and coordinating projects to clients in the leisure, retail, hotel, education and health care sectors.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who is either Mechanically or Electrically qualified and has already carried out a project role in FM, HVAC, Building Services or other sectors relating to the building sector such as lighting, UPS etc.
The company is located in the heart of the West Midland close to M42 / M6 / A45 and has easy links to Birmingham, Coventry and Warwick.
