Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Are you a keen, confident and driven design engineer seeking a niche industry offering competitive rates? Are you seeking a technically challenging position with regular client engagement? Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a specialist process engineering company who have a requirement for an AutoCAD design engineer who will be splitting their time between being on site and in the office. This opportunity is available on a straight to permanent basis.
What will your day to day activities as a Design & Project Engineer include?
The role, based locally to Amblecote, will expect you to be responsible for producing drawings using AutoCAD and having direct contact with customers from over the please apply site doing site surveys and estimations. This position will be working Monday – Friday day time hours.
What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?
* 2 years’ minimum experience working in an design engineering position
* Proficient user of AutoCAD
* Ideally experience working in a project position previously with onsite exposure.
* Confidence producing 3D models
* Ability to problem solve
* Attention to detail
* Methodical approach to work
* A hardworking mentality
* An honest and reliable personality
