Project Coordinator (Grad Opportunity)

My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They specialise in strategic outsourcing and energy services, bringing together expertise and capabilities to help their clients achieve their organisational goals. In simple terms, they find out what their clients want and use their people and technology to help them get it as efficiently as possible. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.

Job objectives and responsibilities

*Support the regional development, delivery and implementation of a new work stream within the business
*Assist in the effective implementation of new systems and back office process
*To ensure that processes are futureproofed to enable new enhancements to be rolled out efficiently

Main duties

*To provide regional coordination and administration support to the project
*Support the Project Lead in delivering Work Package Projects as required
*Liaise with key personnel to drive processes and good practice across business area
*Assisting in collating and cleansing of data in scope of Project
*Maintain systems data in line with operational requirements
*Support Mobile Working Solution (JM8), this includes Training of Back Office, Managers, Engineers and usage reporting
*Provide Project Level Reporting Support
*To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

Person Specification

*Educated to NVQ3 or equivalent level
*Competent report writing and presentation skills
*Advanced user of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
*Ability to work within a team structure
*Experience of CAFM systems, Oracle and JM8 would be an advantage
*Willing to travel to other Mitie offices on a regular basis
