Salary: £90,000 – £102,000 per year

RDR is currently looking to recruit a Project Controller on behalf of their client ENGIE Fabricom UK on a permanent staff basis to be based in Enfield.

ENGIE Fabricom UK Ltd operate from four locations in the UK: Grimsby, Immingham, Lowestoft, and Middlesbrough. All of their sites are linked through a dedicated communications network, which extends to our project sites across the UK.

They combine high level engineering skills with a wealth of construction expertise, capability and 48 years’ experience across all UK industry sectors including Oil, Gas, Power, Chemical, Energy from Waste and Renewables.

The Role

The Project Controller will carry out project controls and related project administration to support the delivery of projects.

Accountabilities (but not limited to)

* Maximise productivity by supporting the project team and all resources.

* Enter new projects, clients and resources on the Electronic Project Management System (EPMS) and SAP

* Assist with the compilation and processing of monthly project invoices, taking ownership of the processing of invoices for assigned projects

* Creation of products and charges as required on EPMS.

* Work alongside project management to develop and deliver project reports via EPMS and other systems.

* Develop and produce project trackers using native SAP data and coordinating with Project Managers to update forecasts

* Implement and monitor Resource Plans across projects

* Monitor CTR and DDS trackers across assigned projects including Earned Value reporting

* Assist with the compilation and issuing of all necessary cost and schedule progress reports, including earned value, in line with company procedures, and take action in a timely manner to correct any issues likely to result in poorer outturn figures.

* Expediting timely responses to technical queries and variation orders on assigned projects

* Generating purchase orders specific to project requirement on SAP.

* Assisting with Internal Audits

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

* Educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 3.

* Build effective working relationships at all levels.

* Can communicate skills, knowledge and experience, and apply them professionally as a trusted expert.

* Full clean driving licence.
