Project Controller

Project Controller – 12 Month Contract – Warton – £25.12 an hour

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UKs leading defence companies.

The purpose of this role is to provide Project Management support, guidance and governance across the Estates, Infrastructure & Services and estates project delivery teams, ensuring the organisation has a robust, comprehensive fully integrated plan for all building & infrastructure investments. To support the delivery and enhancement of business processes and systems ensuring effective interface into the wider organisation.

Experience required for this role:-
– Good knowledge of IT business systems
– Knowledge of Contract / Investment Status Reviews
– Ability to generate and review detailed Microsoft Project schedules.
– Ideally have a relevant engineering background and/or several years’ experience in Project Management
– APM qualification (APMP) or equivalent
– A working knowledge of commercial and financial control processes that apply to the management of major construction and investment projects
