Project Architect / Technician / Technologist

Working in partnership with an award-winning Manchester based practice, we are looking to speak with experienced Architects, Architectural Technologists or Technicians to join a thriving office, working on multi-million pound projects throughout the leisure, social housing and healthcare sectors.

Our clients will look for your proven track record of technical aptitude, design flair and extensive skills in the detailing of multi-million pound projects. These, combined with your skills in on-site design co-ordination, will combine to enable you to oversee design teams, liaise with clients and consultants and undertake the entire project life cycle.

Our clients were one of the first practices to implement Revit across their projects, and as such, are keen to develop your existing skills in BIM. Excellent technical and design skill combined with other BIM software will also be considered.

To be suitable for the role, you should ideally be qualified to degree level, or equivalent in an appropriate field. Architects will need at least 3 years’ post qualification experience, combined with demonstrable project running experience.

BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology, HND or HNC would be of particular relevance for Technicians and Technologists. Full CIAT membership would also be highly desirable but not essential for the role.

Due to the technical nature of this role, exemplary spoken and written English skills are a pre-requisite.
