A leading manufacturer in South Wales, this company manufactures in an impressive custom built facility. In recent years they have established themselves as a market leader and their workforce has grown rapidly. They are currently looking for a New Product Development Technologist to further develop their product range and take their company to new markets.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for research and development of new products.
* Accountable for the smooth transition of new product to established product through the production team.
* Be a key part of projects to identify and implement new ways of working to improve productivity.
* Creating new recipes and modifying existing ones.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Experience within a similar role
* Strong experience within New Product Development
* Food background
