Production Team Leader

Production Team Leader is required for a FMCG production facility based to the East Anglia area to the north of Cambridge (commutable from the likes of Peterborough, Wisbech, Huntingdon, Ely, Kings Lynn, etc.). This role is available on a permanent employment basis.

The Production Team Leader will monitor and control quality and ensure action is implemented.This should now be coupled with professional team leading experience.

In return, you will join a major player in the FMCG food production arena who supplies fresh foods to retailers.

To be considered for the Production Team Leader role you will need to have worked in a FMCG Food Manufacturing Facility and will be responsible for the following accountabilities:

* Minimise any disruption to the Production run and to maximise efficiency.
* Ability to ensure the storage of raw materials and finished product in a safe manner.
* Work with the planning team and ensure staff working hours are planned accordingly.As well as generous base salary for the role of Production Team Leader of £30,000the role also comes with a full benefits package (including contributory pension, life assurance, health insurance, and holiday allowance).
