Production Supervisor / Manager

I am currently recruiting for production supervisors and production managers for my client in Newport.

To apply for this role you must have previous experience managing a team in a food manufacturing environment.

Duties include;

– Managing a team of up to 80 including line leaders

– Be involved in continuous improvement activities

– Training and development of the team

– Plan, Co-ordinate and control the shift

– Meet production plan

– Ensure product quality

– Shift handovers

This is a 4 on 4 off shift and will involve days and nights.

Salary is banded depending on experience.
