Production Supervisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

A well-established company have a new opening for an individual to join their dynamic team as a Production Supervisor. The successful individual will lead a team of operators in a fast-paced production environment and they will organise and manage the teams’ activities, monitor and maintain health and safety measures, and organise and monitor the work flow of the operation to achieve maximum output. 

Production Supervisor – Job Description:

Ensure compliance to the relevant GMP/GDP guidelines throughout the process
Ensure compliance to the EHS and relevant company policies
Ensure the production area is clean and tidy at all times, as per set procedure
Order the required starting materials required for production, from the warehouse
Check received stock against packing orders (jobs) to ensure correct components are used
Ensure production area clearance is carried out at the start and end of each job
Organise the area and ensure clear instructions are given to the team to carry out the required tasks
Production Supervisor – Job Requirements:

A level education or equivalent
Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working in a GMP environment
Previous managerial experience is desirable
Excellent reading, writing and numerical skills
Excellent communicator (Verbal and written)
Location: Middlesex

Salary: Very Competitive
