Production Shift Manager

Salary: Circa £48,000GBP approx equiv Location: New Zealand

We are currently seeking a Trade Qualified Foundry Charge-hand. You will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience having worked on Resin Sand Moulds and casting Aluminium, be experienced in operating Furnaces, Sand Mixers & floor moulding and demonstrate a track record of managing Trade and None-Trade Staff.

The role would suit an experienced Team Leader or an ambitious candidate seeking the first step into management. This role will be assisting the Manufacturing Cell Leader to manage day to day Foundry Operations.

The company produce high quality marine grade castings in both Aluminium and Stainless Steel. We are seeking candidates who are able to demonstrate a range of foundry skills including core making, floor and line moulding with resin sand, metal pouring, fettling and knock out. The role is likely to require shift work and occasional overtime as required.
