Production Shift Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a blue chip food group based in theKent area. Their extensive production facility supplies a delicious range of convenience foods to the major retailers, are looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to work a continental shift pattern.

You will have a proactive approach dedicated to achieving results through clearly monitored KPI’s, whilst controlling costs on productivity, downtime and waste. You will have direct responsibility for the training and development of your team and promoting a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

You will have a proven track record of exceeding KPI’s in a similar production role in a busy food environment, preferably chilled. This will be combined with having excellent people coaching and team building skills and the personal desire to success and continually improve.
