Salary: £48,000 – £57,600 per year
I am currently recruiting for x2 Production Managers for my client in North West London.
To apply for this role you must have the following;
– Traceable work history in a similar role with another FMCG, Manufacturing or Production environment
– Experience working in one or more of the following environments – bakery, dairy, brewery, drinks, ready meals or pharmaceutical
– Experience working in a Lean environment
– Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
– Experience carrying out continuous improvement projects
Main responsibilities;
– Be accountable for people, plant, product and process delivery
– Motivating, leading and coaching the team
– Ensure all areas deliver expected standards of KPI’s for health & safety, quality, cost and customer service
– Continuously identify ways to reduce costs and improve standards utilising lean tools
– Establish and maintain a culture to support all aspects of Lean Manufacturing
– Carry out continuous improvement projects
I have a day and a night role available. Days up to £45,000 / Nights up to £48,000.
