Production Planner

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Job Description

* Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective planning of production using the companies MRP system and Excel spreadsheetss.

* You will create reports to monitor inventory levels, reconcile all raw materials, liaise closely with production for schedule adherence and manage stock levels.

* You will provide this information to the sales team to update customers on responses and orders.

* This role will involve demand planning in which you will provide production forecasts and present them to the Manufacturing Director.

Experience Required

* Your previous experience of production planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment will lead to your success

* You will have good experience of operating MRP systems and can deal accurately with multiple data types

* The successful candidate will have liaised with a senior management team and have the ability to present reports and data. Candidates with demand planning experience would be advantageous
