HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm

Salary: £26,000per year

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Lucrative bonus (after qualifying period of 12 weeks)

Company Profile

Our client is seeking production operatives to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temp to perm basis.

In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the production of roof trusses.
• Assembling pre-cut timber beams.
• Ensuring all work is accurate.
• Working to tolerances.
• Quality control of all materials.
• Work in a safe manner and adhere to all health and safety standards.

In order to be successful as a Production Operative you must:

• Have experience within a similar role and environment.
• To be fit and able as the work can be physical.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
