Production Operatives

Salary: £540 per week

Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for people who are prepared to get their hands dirty and get stuck in as this will be a very hands-on role.

Previous forklift truck/overhead crane experience would be preferred but an in-house refresher will be completed if you hold an expired forklift license.

For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering:

3 shift rotation (6-2, 2-10 and 10-6)
Weekly shift allowance premium of £25 per week
Weekly productivity bonus – averaging between £35 – £70 per week
Overtime paid at T1/3 in the week and on a Saturday, T1/2 on a Sunday
Operatunitly of a permanent position for the right candidates
Future training and progression opportunities 
The Role – Production Operative;

Daily use of an overhead crane
Stacking and banding orders
Moving materials up to 20-25KG
Following health & safety guidelines on site
Occasional use of a forklift truck
What our client is looking for in a Production Operative

Previous forklift truck/overhead crane experience – PREFERRED
