Position: Production Operatives (Temporary to Permanent)

Salary: £26,000per year – £26,000 per year

My Client is a market leader within external flooring currently exporting to over 12 European Countries. Everything they do exudes quality. You will have worked in a similar heavy manufacturing environment working 12 hour shifts. The shifts on nights are three nights per week with lots of overtime paying a shift premium after 36 hours.
Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – overtime premium after 46 hours.

The shifts are either 0600-1800 or 1800-0600

These roles only apply to candidates who have experience within Manufacturing/Production (NOT Warehouse) and can demonstrate stability within their career history, a strong work ethic, prepared to work hard in order to achieve very challenging production figures for a family run business whose investment in their environment, product, equipment and people is second to none. Of course you will be seeking a permanent role after working 12 weeks subject to attendance, timekeeping and quality of work.
