Permanent Day Shifts working on a ‘4 on, 4 off’ rota

Purpose of the role: The Production Operatives will work on the day shift on a production line and will pack meat in line with specification and always work in an efficient manner.

Key responsibilities/duties of the Production Operative will include:

• Checking the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications
• Arranging meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications
• Ensuring that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications
• Rejecting any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications
