Production Operative

Pinpoint Recruitment are currently searching for production operatives for long term work in and around the surrounding areas of Hetton-Le-Hole.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on as a production operative in one of the UK`s leading automotive manufacturing companies. Due to a rapid period of growth and taking on contracts for some major international automotive companies, our client is currently searching for candidates to enter an expanding business and factory.

Duties in work will involve the operation of injection moulding machines to produce parts to company targets, general maintenance on the machines and housekeeping duties, the use of tools in addition to hand assembly at an extremely fast pace, quality inspection and accurate record taking and completion of paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a fast paced production/assembly environment. They should also be able to demonstrate the ability to cope with that environment for a number of months/years. Attention to detail is very important due to the high standards of the client. Above all, dedication to the role is key as these are long term positions where the aim to be taken on permanently by the client. Candidates must be willing to work overtime after shifts and on weekends and be flexible to work a 3 shift system of Days, Lates and Nights.

Salary: £26,000per year (depending on length of service)
