Production Operatives

Salary: £14 per hour

We are seeking several production operatives who have previous experience within the food manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain constructive relationships with team members across departments. Must have good attention to detail and be able to resolve minor issues. Computer literate using Microsoft packages. Must be able to work within a physical role.

As a production operative you will undertake and support any area of production as required using knowledge and skills of operating processes, equipment and quality systems.

Support less experienced team members to improve job knowledge and pass on information between shifts and departments as required.

You will take samples from process and using equipment or systems to monitor and record results, on relevant systems to meet company’s audit compliance and manufacturing monitoring systems. and any other duties required.

Several shifts available.

Hours: Double Day Shift a 2 week shift pattern consisting of a week of early shifts 05:45 to 14:15 Monday to Friday and a week of late shifts 13:45 to 22:15 Monday to Friday (with some flex in the shift start times). Pay rate £14 + Shift allowance

Night Shift – a two week pattern consisting of a working week Monday to Friday and working Sunday to Thursday 21:45 to 06:15 £14.23

4 on 4 off shifts 12 hour shifts £15.17 per hour

29 days holiday including bank holidays, Enhanced overtime rates.
