Salary: £26,000 per year
Our Client in the Hindley area is looking for Production Operatives to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
Dutties:
- Selection, weighing & mixing of ingredients for further processing
- Cleaning of mixers & hoppers before and after each batch
- Ensuring the workplace is clean, safe & tidy
- Accurate recording of products produced for shift traceability
Main duties include packing products (non food) in a timely manner, mixing & weighing products, manual handling of boxes up to 25kg as well as some other general warehouse work as & when required.
The role invoices working with powder coating and can get quite dusty (PPE provided)
- It is essential that the candidate has previous experience of working 6-2, 2-10 & 10-6 shift pattern in a manufacturing environment.
Shift Times are on a 3 weekly rotation outlined below:
Week 1: AM Shift – Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Week 2: Night Shift – Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
Week 3: PM Shift – Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
This will be regular work and may lead to a full time position within the company.
