Production Manager

Salary: £42 – £47.46 per hour

Production Manager needed for well-respected and growing South Coast Company. 

are a very stable employer and are looking for a Production Manager to head up their successful CNC Business

To do this role you will have:

Confidence in your Management skills: People, Process and Scheduling.

Significant CNC machine shop experience and knowledge

A Strong set of communication and leadership skills.

The role will require you to work closely with the Production Engineer and provide Leadership and Training to staff. You will have a strong awareness of the processes involved in the workings of an efficient shop floor – Workload Planning & Scheduling, ERP Maintenance, Machine Utilisation, Efficiency targets and Purchasing.
