Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
We are working on a new position based near Stamford Lincolnshire.
Are you a Production manager / Manufacturing manager with experience in milling / processing of food products?
If the answer is yes then this role could be perfect for you!
Our client is an international supplier of bespoke supplementation products which are used for all types of health benefits.
As production manager you will be responsible for a medium sized team inside a semi automated milling operation.
The factory is reliant on an efficient and stringent plan, driven by the production manager encompassing maintenance, hygiene, health and safety and more.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the production and warehouse team are clear on the day and week plans for production targets.
- Maintaining a host of machines alongside the contract engineers.
- Liaising with all suppliers and hauliers to ensure organised deliveries.
- Budgetary management.
- Sitting with senior team to discuss plans.
This role and business really is unique, especially for the area.
To be considered you must have experience of managing production environments which have heavy machinery such as mixers, conveyors, hoppers and baggers.
Engineering experience is desirable.
