Temporary Production Shift Manager

This creative and innovative food manufacturing company is currently looking to recruit a temporary Shift Production Manager to join their team.  The role is temporary but for the right candidate could lead to a permanent position 

The Production Shift Manager will be managing in excess of 80 staff and will work alongside 2 further Shift Production Managers, each managing the team on a rotational Shift Pattern
This role offers the opportunity to work in a wide variety of production areas and will see you liaising closely with Technical, and Engineering teams.
You must have proven knowledge and/or qualification in production management operations and be self-motivated with an ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

You will need to have experience of working in a Food Manufacturing environment and be available immediately
