Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year
Our client offers a rare opportunity to join them as they grow. the position has arisen due to an internal move thanks to demand for services and bespoke products.
You will be an experienced production supervisor or manager ready for your next challenge. You will work closely with senior management and directors taking the business to the next level.
You will have:
Production Management/Supervision experience
Stone/granite or similar product experience
Willingness to work shifts in the future
Continuous Improvement experience
Flexible attitude
Quality/Technical/Production Planning experience
Knowledge of production machinery(cutting/polishing or similar)
Current legislative knowledge
Staff development/guidance/coaching experience
Shifts/Hours of work: 8-4.30 Monday to Friday (Overtime may be available)
Salary/Benefits: Salary is negotiable on experience- please specify most ecent salary/benefits on application. Overtime may be available during busy periods, onsite parking available, company pension scheme, progression for the right candidate as the business expands.
