The company specialise in manufacturing quality food products for many of the UK’s retailers, food service and B2B customers.

The role
Reporting into the Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for a team of up to 15 operatives and all aspects of your production area. You will ensure the product is processed and packaged in line with the customers’ requirements. You will adhere to and actively promote health & safety within the workplace. You will provide day/night management support to your teams to ensure that they meet their objectives. You will be responsible for shift performance and KPI’s. Prepare reports and maintain records, and any other administrative information as required. Ensuring the site hygiene requirements are met and maintained.
This role is working Monday – Thursday on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 1 week of days and then 1 week of nights.
The person
Ideally you will have experience withing a FMCG environment, with strong IT, organisation, and communication skills. You will have level 3 food safety and hygiene and also IOSH management.
