INFORM3 are delighted to be working alongside a global manufacturing company who are looking to add to their well-established team.

This is a great opportunity to where you will play a key role in the Technical Support function across the company for bringing the brand product support to the aftermarket and service teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the technical team regarding all products.
• Build a good relationship with new and existing customers to maintain a good relationship and promote the company name further afield.
• Provide excellent customer care throughout all aspects of work that is carried out on a daily basis.
• Responsible for ensuring that all regional teams are delivering high quality support to all stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to deliver product training and assist with commissioning works and assessments.
• To assist with all Field Engineers when required and lead certain teams that are responsible for Technical Support/Fault Finding and further afield.
• Provide training to international dealers and to provide support when required.
• Assist and provide analysis for machine improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience working within a similar role.
• Strong Commercial awareness.
• Ability to read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic schematics
• Experience within Manufacturing and Heavy Plant Industries would be advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full UK Driver’s License.
