If you are looking to be responsible for an entire product range and have accountability for the Profit and Loss of the product range this maybe the role for you.

A Manufacturing and Engineering Company that has grown organically year on year that is part of a global business offering excellent career opportunities. The company offer a full design, build and repair service for pumps, gears and gearboxes. They are one of the market leaders in this industry sector offering a progressive and forward thinking working environment.

Role:
The successful candidate will be focused on key account management and identifying new opportunities in the marketplace. There is the opportunity to recruit and manage distributors for specific products as well.
The candidate will be a team player that applies a logical and analytical nature to their work. Someone who is customer focused, positive and willing to get stuck in will succeed in the business.
There is future opportunity for the right individual to grow with the company. Promotion in the business is a realistic target with the chance to build a team.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and be of an outgoing nature. You will already be selling a technical product or solution, ideally in the Pump market sector. The ability to quickly pick up and sell a technical product will be essential although thorough product training will be provided.
Experience of managing a product line or a key account management role is essential. A self-starter that can work autonomously whilst also being part of a team would be a distinct advantage. Product knowledge of the Pump or Geared Pump industry is desirable however other technical product sales/business development will be looked upon favourably.
