Product Manager – Lead Product Manager
Would you like the opportunity to introduce product management in to a market leading tech business who are about to go though significant growth and technology transformation? Do have and enjoy picking up some scars and war stories about how to best adopt a product management approach and could bring your experience to help sharpen my clients approach? You may have led this process previously but equally you may have been part of a team and would now like the opportunity to own product management.
You and your team will span 6 software products and two technical stacks, Microsoft and Java Oracle. You will be the bridge between Sales, Marketing, company strategy and the development functions, helping commercialise and prioritise the work items. You will use your expertise to set up Agile processes and you will help the development function look at how they plan the development items from a commercial, technical and strategic point of view.
You will be working for a business delivering software in the intelligence market both in the UK and internationally, although you do not require experience n this sector it would be advantageous if you have worked in a software business previously who have been though process transformation.
To be considered you will have 5+ years product management experience
You will have leadership experience or you will have the gravitas and discipline to lead a team of product managers / Business Analysts.
You will have a strategic outlook
You will have strong agile methodology experience but will be happy to blend approaches where it is right to do so.
