Territory Sales Manager – Blood Glucose/ Diabetic products
Secondary and Primary care
Salary £30,000 – £42,000, £640 car allowance, Bonus £10K – £12K pa + over target earnings

If you are looking for a career move and you have experience as a Territory Sales Manager selling Blood Glucose or Diabetic products predominantly to Secondary Care and Primary Care sites, and other diabetes related institutions and personnel – This is the perfect position for you! The objective will be to grow territory sales, gain new distribution, support customers in the field and create awareness for the company products.

The company is based in south Oxfordshire. Originating in USA their European teams were formed in 2007 and supplies its blood glucose monitoring products. Since then the company has continued to grow year on year.

They want someone who has a blood glucose monitoring background within medical sales/ territory sales but will consider someone with a diabetes specific pharmaceutical territory sales background. If you have contacts/ experience selling specifically in the South East London territory you are exactly who they want to interview!

Specific territory sales area consists of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and South East Wales.

Qualifications needed for the Territory Sales Manager Role:
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in biomedical or biological sciences (or similar) and/or

Minimum of two years customer-facing territory sales experience in diabetes products and services

Key responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager include:

* Developing a strategic business plan to maximise sales opportunities
* Achieve and exceed budget
* Maintain an up to date and in depth knowledge of the product portfolio
* Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including Clinicians, DSNs, NHS managers, CCG/LHB leads etc.
* Ability to interpret and present an extensive variety of technical arguments.
* Able to work on your own initiative as well as the ability to set priorities in a large territory
