Salary: £36,000 per year
Job Summary:
This position is critical for the development & growth of DP Flow products. The role requires the individual to develop & foster good relationships with Sales & Purchasing colleagues both locally and within the Group of companies, keeping colleagues (UK & overseas) up-to-date with our product portfolio, capabilities & training programs.
Main responsibilities:
* Development of new sales opportunities and promotion of DP Flow products for all markets
* Development of competence in DP Flow within the Group to enable sales centres to provide their own quotation for simple applications. This for example could involve further development of the DP Configurator platform or delivering DP Flow training
* Preparation of quotations to suit demand for both simple and special applications in conjunction with all stakeholders
* Close liaison with CoC administration staff
* Development and roll out of formal DP Flow related documentation to support pre- and post-sales activities (TI’s, BA’s etc)
* Responsibility for DP Flow promotional newsletter
* Responsible for the promotion of DP Flow in the UK market and to assist other sales centres in their promotional activities through the supply of suitable promotional material
* Developing close working relationships with Product Marketing Manager – DP Flow and the CoC Production Manager
* Involvement with the complaint management process relating to DP Flow
* Development of KPIs, statistical data and reports relating to DP Flow
Qualifications & Profile:
* Extensive DP Flow experience,
* Sales acumen and demonstrable marketing knowledge
* Technical knowledge
* People management
* Customer development skills
* Problem solving and diagnostic skills
* Highly self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of team
* Ability to build rapport with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Communication and presentation skills
