Product Director

Salary: £120 per hour

Our client is looking to recruit a Product Director to lead their three main product lines.

This role has a lot of autonomy and impact to drive change and launch and improve the proposition. You will be responsible for driving the Product Team (5-9 people) through a period of high customer acquisition growth (growing revenue streams to over £100s of millions.

Duties of the role will include:

• Driving customer focus (usability, A/B testing, in-depth testing/trialling)
• Ensuring market-fit and customer value (leading to high product take-up)
• Delivering sector-leading UX and customer journeys
• Actively engaging with other business stakeholders to understand work they require from products
• Assessing/prioritising stories/epics/backlogs to deliver maximum business value
• Leading the communication (progress or set-backs) with business owners and quickly course correct
• Leading delivery of high-quality software through effective scrum/agile management
• Automating and regularly testing solutions, improving devops processes wherever possible
• Bringing business users on the journey with training and communication

Special Requirements:

• 10 Years + product experience (as a BA, Product Manager, Head of Product)
• Experience in FX, FS, Fintech or payments area
• Highly motivated and with pace to deliver (whilst appropriately involving others)
• Experience with coding in.NET and Angular, leading software releases (highly desired)
• Ability to improve on processes
• A desire to learn and bring that mindset to the team
• Organised and detail focused
