Product Assembler and Fitter

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Our client, based in Newbury, Berkshire are recruiting for a personable, self-sufficient, hands-on electrical assembler who is happy going to visit customers should they have any installation problems.

This position will mainly involve working at the Newbury office assembling, adjusting and tweaking electrical products and on occasion travel to customers sites to troubleshoot electrical problems and install display boards/equipment and merchandise.

As the face of the business, you will be approachable, patient and enjoy solving customer problems.

This role would suit someone who likes tinkering with electrics, finding solutions, and doesn’t mind staying away on the odd occasion, if travel is a little further away.

To be considered for this position, you must have some electrical knowledge and either have or be willing to gain an electrical qualification.

There is an element of heavy lifting with this role too, therefore you must be physically fit to apply for this position, and have a full clean driving licence.

9-5 Monday to Friday. Must have a clean driving licence.
