Talent Coach – Commercial Procurement Programmes

Location – Home working with expensed travel to London and Manchester

Salary – £36,000 – £39,600(12 month FTC)

Role description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in designing and delivering the new Apprenticeship Standard in Public Sector Procurement. The role of the Talent Coach will be to work closely with the client to ensure that programme delivery meets their needs and to support and guide our learners through every stage of their journey, through to their end point assessment. Our Talent Coaches are at the leading edge of our commitment to provide every learner with an outstanding experience and to help our clients see a clear return on their investment.

This role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract whilst the new programme is rolled out. You will be home based and travel throughout the UK.

Requirements – not all essential so please apply if still interested

Background within Commercial Procurement – Level 3 Commercial Procurement ideal
Learner focused with a proven track record in supporting their achievement, retention and motivation
A1 or TAQA L3 qualification
PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
Functional Skills in Maths and English at a minimum of Level 2.
Comfortable with using IT
Full, clean UK driving license
Commitment to own continuous professional development
