Print Finisher Operators

Print Finishing Operators: Print Finishing Operators are required for the leading firm of printers on the South coast, established 25 years and with a reputation for excellent customer service. Print Finishing Operators will be situated in an impressive 83,000 sq ft premises in Portsmouth, with a modern and extensive selection of equipment. The business continues to grow and is now looking to increase the headcount in the Print Finishing Team.

Print Finishing Operators are needed to supplement and grow existing teams in this department and will have capabilities on some or all folding and stitching equipment. The finishing department contains some of the most varied and modern equipment in any print company.

Job Specifications:

– Experience on some or all of the following equipment:
– Laminators
– Capacity Folders
– Guillotines
– Bobst
– Folding Machines
– Heidelberg cylinders

– Responsible for setting and running of the machines

– Capable of working between 36 – 48 hours per week (continental shift pattern deployed).

Continental shift patterns will be 6am – 6pm. A typical week is between 36 – 48 hours per week. Candidates will have 20 days holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
