Primary Care Network Manager

Salary: £22.8 – £25.2 per hour

Working for a Primary Care Network (PCN) with 8 Practices across Newmarket, Mildenhall and Brandon you will bring resource and capacity to many workstreams and projects.
Job Summary
The PCN Manager has day-to-day operational responsibility for all functions of the Primary Care Network. You are responsible for the delivery and monitoring of projects and services committed to or commissioned by the PCN. You will provide oversight of the financial management, resourcing and regulatory compliance of the work of the PCN whilst playing a significant role the networks development of strategy. In addition, you will support colleagues in the network’s teams and practices with guidance, education and change management.
Scope and Purpose of the Role
To play a key role in the planning, mobilisation and delivery of high quality primary health care within the Forest Heath Primary Care Network. To deliver effective projects and services for the PCN including the negotiation and ongoing management of contracts with external providers. To ensure the PCN is safely run on a day-to-day basis incorporating good governance in support of its practices.
