We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client a Registered Care Manager to manage an outstanding residential care home based in Farnborough.
The home has an excellent reputation with the local community and the surrounding areas, due the first-class care given.
You be managing a team of dedicated and passionate staff who care about their residentials as friends / family at the same time encouraging and supporting residents to live as independently as possible.
Ideal candidate should have:
* MUST be / previously been a registered nurse.
* Experience and proven track record of management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes.
* Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being always delivered to residents.
* Possess strong commercial awareness and acumen.
* Excellent communication skills
