Care Home Manager, Budleigh Salterton
Starting salary £36,000 – £48,000
Full Time 35 hrs per wk, Mon – Fri inc. occasional evenings and weekends
Topcare Network is assisting a client who is looking to expand their team by recruiting a home manager for their elderly residential home in Budleigh Salterton.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in the care sector, some of that being in a management role, you will have strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for business. A seasoned people leader, you will know how to get the best out of your staff by inspiring each member of your team, supporting and developing them to reach their full potential.
They are also looking for an excellent communicator who will know how to build a strong reputation in the local community by marketing our services and building lasting relationships with residents’ families, professionals, external agencies, key stakeholders and volunteers.
You will possess a relevant care management qualification (minimum NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
